- Where do you ship?
Shipments are made only to Greece.
- What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are:
- Free for purchases over 80 €.
- Charge 3 € for purchases under 80 €.
- Charge 2 € for payment by cash on delivery.
- When will my order be shipped?
Orders take 48 hours, from the moment you complete the process, to be shipped from our warehouse, provided the product is immediately available.
- What do I do if a product is not immediately available?
You can send us your order even for products that are not available in our warehouses and we will contact you by e-mail and / or phone, within a reasonable time, to inform you about the possible time of receipt of the product and its delivery to you.
- What about returns?
Product returns can be made within 10 days.
